How to place an order?
You may place order here in our website with us, if you have special requirement or require some personalization, please do not hesitate to whatsapp us at 016-8681828 or DM us on instagram @jufloral.
When should I place an order?
Please be advised that all our flowers are bespoke for you therefore it takes time to prepare for you. We would appreciate if you can order at least 3 days from our website before your desired collection date. For last minute orders, kindly whatsapp us at 016-8681828.
I don't need delivery, can I pickup myself ?
Sure, you can collect your bouquet at Taman OUG, 58200 Kuala Lumpur at the time you stated, the location will be sent to you privately once your order is confirmed. So, do remember to include your REAL contact details upon checking out!
Can you send the flower to someone for me ?
Yes, we do have partners such as Lalamove, Grab and Aerocket delivering flowers to you or desired receiver with charges based on area.
Do note that for high-rise and multi storeys buildings, we will only delivery to the lobby. Extra charges are applicable if you wish to deliver door-to-door.
Which area are covered for delivery ?
We currently most areas in Klang Valley & some areas in Selangor, if your desired location is not listed in the delivery area during check out, please contact us for further arrangement.
How long does it take for delivery ?
We expect an two hour time frame for the delivery to arrive at your doorstep, however due to unforeseen circumstances like raining or traffic jam, the delivery of bouquet might experience a delay.Eg : If you selected the time 11am , the delivery time frame will be 11am-1pm. If there is a heavy rain, the delivery might be delayed.
Can i do a surprise delivery?
Unfortunately, we advise senders to contact receiver prior delivery to make sure the address and time of delivery is suitable. In the midst of receiver unavailable for the said address and time, we bear no responsibility for a rescheduled delivery. Customers will take their own responsibility if insisting for a surprise delivery.
Do you have a shop? Can I walk in ?
We're currently home-based and does not accept any walk-ins. Kindly drop us a message if you have any last minute enquiries.

Will my flowers be exactly same with the photo?
Do note that flowers are natural gifts and we have no control over the growth of the supply. Furthermore, our bouquets are specially hand crafted , each and every bouquet will have a slight difference than the photo shown. We will try to match the item to the photo as close as possible. In circumstances of some filler flowers, small flowers or leaves not available, we will change it to a suitable one matching the value and the theme of the final product without prior notice.
How long will my flowers lasts?
Due to hot weather in Malaysia, flower bouquets typically lasts for 2-3 days ; flower stands typically lasts for 1-2 days & other products lasts for 2-4 days.
How do I store my bouquet?
To keep your bouquet life longer, we strongly suggest you to keep your bouquet away from strong heat, strong wind and sunlight.
If you are collecting your bouquet earlier and using it for the next day, please keep it in a air-conditioned room or somewhere cool.
The flowers shall last for minimum 2 days in the bouquet wrapping if stored correctly.
How do I store my flower box / flower basket or vase arrangement?
To keep your flower arrangement life longer, we strongly suggest you to keep your bouquet away from strong heat, strong wind and sunlight.
If you are collecting your arrangement earlier and using it for the next day, please keep it in a air-conditioned room or somewhere cool.
You can add clean water to the vase or water floral foam sponge to keep the flowers hydrated.
The flowers shall last for minimum 2-4 days if stored correctly.
Do you have packaging for my bouquet?
We will provide a paper bag for each standard size or larger sized bouquets. For smaller bouquets, we might fit 2-3 bouquets together in a paper bag or provide a smaller paper bag.
We do not provide any extra paper bags.
Can I keep my flowers in a vase?
To preserve your flowers longer, we suggest you to keep the flowers in a vase.
